Yes but I doubt Australia has the capability to build chip foundries to scale up production. Chip makers are already working with graphene . These qubit chips are carbon nanospheres. Working at nano scales is already a thing in all these giant foundries. MC and co may have to be very involved with this new chip fabrication initially though.
