I hadn't really paid any attention to the Chairman's remuneration. The figures from the FY20 annual report are Primary $334,295, short term incentives $45,205, Long term incentives $296,000, total $675,500.
It's kind of bleeding obvious that Choicair is the driver of the business and the board are just lifestyle directors, but that Chairman's remuneration is a joke for the company that Archer is. Even the non-exec directors are on $60k base fee before performance rights.
I don't hold any grudge against the remuneration for Choucair.
Once the mineral assets are spun off, I agree, English should go. These figures tell me he is a lifestyle chairman.
