I'm in agreement with most of your thoughts however there's nothing that suggests that there are any superstar employees at Archer (aside from Mo and Martin). Mo and Martin undoubtedly have the talent and track record to carry it on their own but if you scroll through the linked in page at Archer, most of the employees (although qualified) I wouldnt consider exceptional...
