High debt with increasing interest rates that might now stay higher for longer, high intangibles (write down possible?), cost pressures from CPI (rents) and increasing wages and if that's not enough, they are watched intensely by the government and made to feel guilty when trying to increase prices to cover their increased costs.
Highly regulated in regard to staffing.
Tough industry.
I sold higher, not in a hurry to get back in just yet (and that's an if).
Two price increases in 6 months shows the pressure they're under.
