Look at AED - they have more cash than their market cap and found a major extension to an oil field today, but were lucky to close up half a cent .
NDO found a new oil field last week and are down 20% in a week .
EXS have a copper and gold resource (and ample cash) that justifies a market cap over a dollar . EXS are 25 cents .
The lists are long on quality for value .
