I think Peter and the team need to get creative
They need to roll tge dice and get something moving.
My input is they treat the Windarra tailings in house.
Contact the world leaders Feeco engineering in America to
get a heap leach with agglomeration drum. The tailings
are on a granted mining lease,they have a mine manager and plenty of staff. Water is plentiful at South Widarra
Hire a loader and some equipment and get it happening.

if the powerlines that ran from Windarra power station
to Laverton is still in tact contact Horizon and use the
2mw station that is in place or give it an upgrade

Norm Shierlaw the original developer of Windarra would be
turning in his grave if he knew this once priceless mine
was wasting away in the desert.

Please PH come up with something to get this monster moving
