IMO there is only one correct path here - liquidate remaining assets, pay the cash to shareholders and close up shop.
I reckon it's time we started making some noise - can we report TI1 to the ASX (flagging the related party issues in the proposed Colomi transaction)? Maybe we should be emailing management once a month to demand a return of our capital. We need to fight to recover whatever is left, not let them swing for the fences with the last of our cash.
There is still some value to fight for - $5m in cash is $0.15c / share. Plus whatever the royalty can be sold for.
