very unusual trading today , could be a third party tie up for financing , or a push higher to raise cap at a higher price , making it more attractive for the co. to go to mrkt. so the manipulators can grab some more stock at a few cents higher , but a third party deal would still be the way to go, especially if your raising large chunks of cash!!
