I can't really see PLV going the "debt" option.. nobody lends money to exploration companies.. May be a bit early for an offtake agreement, that should come later.

I am sure that whatever way PLV go about business, it will be good for shareholders!

The buying today "may" be that "Investec" has updated their research note??? Who knows.. timing seems about right...
