A quick look back over the history of MSB will show you that this is not unusual. Up and down like a yo yo but gradually running lower and lower on the string. Just the more recent kick up out of the usual but thus the current decline.
Time will tell whether this fails or succeeds, what happens in the meantime is irrelevant. Unless they need to raise more capital of course.
