Doing a bit of research on the meaning of HRZ.
HRZ = Highly Radioactive Zone shale.
The Icewine-2 Plan is derived from relevant drilling and geological data obtained from the immediately adjacent Icewine #1 Core Well, as well as other historical offset wells in the surrounding area. Icewine-2 is planned as a 11,200 foot vertical wellbore to be completed in the Highly Radioactive Zone (HRZ) shale.

The high radioactivity in the HRZ is caused by elevated concentrations of U as measured with a spectral gamma-ray spectrometer and confirmed with XRF results.

Looks like there is a bit of uranium in the rock.
Obviously was not a problem at IW1 and there is nothing in the drilling approval for IW2 to mitigate any radioactive problems encountered.
