I agree that they should be ramping up, however I'm not surprised that their not... Origin, AGL, and EA have been quite conservative in their approach to rolling out renewable energy. They have the ability to flood the market with capacity but they haven't. Most of these new builds seem to be driven by forefingers - which is a shame. I suspect the locals are still a little worried about Canberra changing the game again.
