You're pricing failure at circa 100% by encouraging the company to halt operations and run a fire sale to beat out administrators.
Assuming your analysis is correct and the assets are worthless and failure is practically guaranteed, then what is the point of a fire sale. To run IMU as a shell waiting for a backdoor listing? Do you honestly think this would be in shareholders interest?
If this is truly what you think then why are you here at all? There is no announcement that would change your mind, even a unexpectedly large partnership would just result in a slightly longer runway in your view. There is no price point for you to enter on. It's purely a spectacle.
