Funny you actually mention that! My personal preference is to have 1 IP, test and trial rather than spend a fortune on multiple IPs and hoping one hits! and you see the difference with that 1 IP is that it only needs 1 lentivirus change, or better still, licence already proven CAR's to target multiple different cancers with the single IP whilst everything else in the manufacturing process remains the same. Dont even need to spend money on gene editing to make it allogeneic, your "holy grail"
That 1 IP has already shown to out perform t-cell therapy in-vitro & in-vivo studies. Now to see if that translates into human studies.
