Do you think that even at 7.4 cents, IMU is worth around 11 million? Say worse case IMU does not have enough cash to run the business and will be sold, what would you value IMU? Would you say that 20million maybe reasonable for a full takeover? Merial could pay that off easily. I believe IMU should be more that that, only if they can get a product to market.

BTW, Bioshares gave a line about IMU and said that the decision not to re-sign the agreement with Merial is positive. I would interpret their statement they are happy that a big company cannot just push IMU around. I believe Merial is not the right partner for IMU. Long time shareholder such as me do not even know what stage the product is in; which is really bad considering Merial hasn't gotten any approval of a product.
