Trouble is ,nobody else is that dumb ,to want to trash the deal .If they want to move on ,then the only way is to accept .
The market has spoken today ,and they like the deal ,otherwise it would have gone down .
If I was allowed to give advice ,I would say SELL ,and get into a company with directors you like .
