I just have to add that what this is doing is also crystallizing the cheap sp.
eg if IGC had the 40c cash and the sp was close to 40c then the dilution would be about half as bad.
TS seems to be trying to counteract this by saying the purchased assets are even more undervalued (according to some independant report - with little info on) so IGC is better in the long run?
Anyway, with the new direction, yes this company is now in the potential massive risk / massive reward basket, so yesterday I cashed in at break even.
I'm probably not as bitter as some as I've only wasted around 3 months, I only had a small amount invested and I'm happy with the way CFE is going.
