Its interesting and raises your eyebrows as JK and the EU World informs us , we can now confirm the EU's privacy regulations, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), are starting to show some bite. Companies illegally transferring data between the EU to jurisdictions such as Australia that are deemed "non-adequate" in their safeguards should beware. And as @@Rodeoshow has noted JK has linked the VISA management teams in Asia and Europe.

As we also know.... Visa has leave to file and serve, within seven days, an application for orders 15 JULY 2021, limiting inspection of any of the documents produced by Visa to the plaintiff(ASIC) . I note the last filed Doc was 22 Jul 2021 of which is not related. imo ASIC might be strongly reassessing their weak position and possible illegal action in obtaining private data and forwarding it on!!!

@quek0015What is the CEO doing...you also ask.... unlike ASIC & ASX disregard for Shareholders,... My highest praise/regard to our CEO JK for protecting 10,000 + Shareholders and taking this witch-hunt before our Federal Courts. JK has demonstrated how tenacious he is to stand by us Shareholders/Company and the Principles of the matter.
Without doubt, JK has continued the strong growth/profitability position of our Company to-date !
