Isn’t the value of the company a moot point to ask if it’s not being run by competent operators? Surely the share price and therefor the MC will trade sideways. Does it say anything that management and board have little skin in the game? What about Jimmy’s side venture of auctioning ex-mining equipment. Or his board position of other companies? Is he dedicating all his time to MAN?
All these issues affect the value of the company.
