Thank you FD The overall discussion is all about the role of management. If this opportunity was in the hands of proven management, do you think that the assets are undervalued ? My opinion is that the perceived value of the company is most certainly held back by the past performance history. Having said that, somehow the current management has created this opportunity which cannot be ignored. It is conceivable that there was perhaps some help from others to get to this stage, never the less we are where we are. So far they have managed to move on appointing some real expertise to compliment the old management. Again I might suggest that this was a pre conceived condition... At this point in time, the company has dates and targets to meet to bring the new acquisition to the next stage . What I am suggesting is that the company has a smallish window to pick up and move on the opportunity that they have. It is all in the hands of the current management , no doubt, but they do have set targets and we do not have to wait years before we either win or lose. Whilst management is yet to be proven, personally I think it has moved in the right direction... Time will tell... If any one believes that the management has no hope of developing this business, then they ought to back their judgement and ignore the company as an investment. I understand that confidence levels can vary with perceptions, question is , is it worth the chance? Each to make up their own minds.
