To be born again means that you will put aside all that you have been told, all that you presume, all that you imagine, all your prejudices and religious beliefs and see again through your own eyes and not the eyes of others. You will gather and know your own knowledge and not the knowledge of others.

To be born again is a spiritual birth, all that you need in the spiritual life, beyond this life, must be obtained here. If you are a materialist, then free yourself. If you are ignorant, become educated. If you are unkind, become kind. If you have prejudices, part with them. If you are spiritually asleep, awaken. Aquire to yourself virtues, morality and a giving nature. All these are signs of rebirth. It is not a baptism, or a moment, it is a life commitment to grow spiritually, just as a child grows and acquires new skills every day.

We each have a spirit and we all end up in the same place beyond this life. Neither heaven nor hell exist, the difference is that those who have acquired their spiritual limbs in this life by deeds and a virtuous life progress, while those who did not become deeply aware of their shortcomings and progress is difficult. Heaven and hell mean to be close to G.d or distanced from G.d.

Rebirth is not an instant process, it is the moment in a life when you decide to build a life without imitation, via your own truth and volition and draw to yourself goodly qualities. It is available to members of all religions and to those who do not belong to religions.
