I can say from experience that they’re standard exploration conditions for any Exploration Licence
In the Hunter Valley coalfields we also had to submit proposed location and total depth data to the state government too, and gain approval to vary from what was approved.
its also the case that you under promise and over deliver as the government will hold you to what you’ve proposed
