what is it that is holding bly back?

    This might have been dealt with earlier but I may have missed in this thread's many, many posts.

    When I look at the other 13 Capital Goods ASX200 stocks, they have all taken off, some spectacularly, by 400+ % (like ALS). Many show a V shaped recovery.

    BLY has very high Debt/Equity ~5 so presumably this is a major factor in its sluggish SP?

    Just hope I'm not waiting on a lame nag..
