But it wasn't a vote to dump the old board. Shareholders never got a say in that - New Hope took care of that before the meeting. The vote was simply for new directors and chairman and there was only New Hope's stooges to vote for.

New Hope and GPE have 30.5% of Dart.
The votes for the new board were 36.9% of the total Dart shares on issue and 20.8% against.
The owners of 42.3% of Dart shares didn't vote.
