Isn't the problem here that 3M will never let the company grow too big?
As had been mentioned on another thread 3M are aggressive and will eventually try to gobble this up at what would ultimately be a much cheaper price then allowing the company to grow and the shareprice rocket.
Obviously there will still be great gains to holders in the meantime as they ultimately bid up the price to gain enough to compulsory acquire. But I cant see this shark sitting back and letting this little Remora grow too big.
