Hi Endless,
I don't believe RMS are going to be hanging around as the minority shareholder. The link below explains that RMS withdrew their request for RMS directors to join the DIO board which leads many of us to what and how are RMS going to exit DIO? I am confident the latest rise in sp shows confidence in RMS.
