what is it worth?

saw a small article in the west australian last week, bell potter, i think, giving a target of $1.05, but no time frame. but then again ,what do brokers know? well it is certainly away off that, and there is someone out there who is just not comfortable with it out of the senenties,every time it gets to the low eighties , down it comes again.with all the positive things you read these days about copper going forward, you would think this would be closer to a dollar by now.
