I don't think it is ever easy for a company with a market cap of $30M to raise $200M for capital works. Expectation that the money would nevertheless be found, has seen the market cap climb steeply to $80M in the past couple of months and there are now rumours (origin unknown) that the MD is in Europe closing the financing deal.
As you say, the change in the $A gold price has essentially doubled the NPV of the project as calculated in the DFS. So the completion of financing would seem like a likely catalyst for the stock price to rocket.
