They have take a very sensible strategy to the market, prove your API in a area with a short (by CNS trial standards) time frame trial with easily measured outcomes, thus keep the costs low. Keep the optionality over larger indications such as TBI which will take much longer to prove efficacy and cost multiples more but raise the capital or partner on that once the MOA has been clinically proven.
