    VRC announced a 5KTpa/ 5 year offtake today at a basket price of USD 1,684 / T. I'd suggest by day's end VRC's market cap will be larger than KNL's. With 44KTpa minimum sold, you'd have to be nuts to think VRC is worth more than KNL, right?
