What is Kogan's Edge?

Genuinely intrigued to hear what people think Kogan's edge is. This is how I see the landscape:

Amazon - Best at fast delivery, sometimes you pay a higher price but generally in line with others.
eBay - Best prices on tech typically, sometimes a little slower to ship as they use AusPost but so does Kogan.
JB Hifi/Bing Lee - Higher prices but not always on flagship phones. Easy to exchange and get items fixed. No need for grey imports anymore as prices can be reasonable with strong warranties.
Temu - A new entrant but incredibly cheap. Beats all retailers in the cheaper segment and much faster shipping times than Aliexpress.
Aliexpress - Slow and cheap, will bleed customers to Temu. Kogan used to be cheap but now targets mid market.
Kogan? - Not sure, haven't placed an order for a while, can't see why I would.

Aside from the Kogan management which is abysmal. Yes, Ruslan founded the company and it's obviously grown from zero, however the contempt they hold for shareholders is bizarre, like selling their shares down and then issuing tens of millions in options for free because they rode the Covid tailwinds.

    Interested to hear other thoughts.
