    This morning, the market response is not very encouraging... and the "one figure" is close!
    The bond of trust with the DACIAN board seems to be broken ! Mrs Higgins, the recently appointed manager (presented with a wealth of experience in the mining industry) must be wondering what she has come to do in this mess!
