here's a novel idea:
Why don't they focus on getting to nameplate and making profits and paying for everything out of profits over the next 3 years? Even the most optimistic Lith pricing, that I've seen, has demand outstripping supply from 2023 so that's plenty of time to keep chugging along and make enough money yourself to fund everything.
If they were going to do a JV they should have done it 3 years ago at the start of the project, like KDR.
