Your reasoning is sound, however management have stated that by end of June Lucapa will be cash possitive, they are about to start mining in an area which has proven to be very fruitful with there limited samples. Lucapa continues to find large and very precious diamonds and I think based on what they have achieved, theres no reason th think this willo not continue. They are on the cusp of financing which means an ability to accelerate there project.
Then there is the diamondiferous kimberlites which LOM has discovered.
Its clear that much work will be conducted in this area as this is the jewel in the crown.
Prove up a commercial kimberlite, and its game over.
The better results Lucapa continues to announce to the market with respect to there alluvials will also attract investment, as big players will be keen to invest in a project which is cash positive and is working towards identifying the source of these alluvials which could ultimately result in a massive commercial kimberlite.
IMO, if that happens, you will be talking in dollars for Lucapas share price.
