long term investment is in a major project (eg EXT)
buy today at $7 and hopefully in 2013 the share price is $25 when the EXT mine is completed & producing
but EXT is a big project
but with smaller projects, generally one can make multiple gains buying 12 months before production (instead of 3 years before production)
