    As per the substantial notice lodged by macquarie, it acquired approx 9 million shares on Feb 20, 2013 at 56 cents each.

    The total turnover on 20th Feb 2013 was only approx 800K and the highest price was 55.5 cents.

    Did the macquarie sale happen after the close ?

    Why buy so many just before the demerger vote?

    Is TXN in play just before the demerger?
