Have just re read the conditions of the Aquisition Scheme. TXN have 'Exclusivity Obligations' to SEA, which include "No talk" "No shop" (page 11) of the Aquisition booklet, and if another superior proposal does arise they have to give SEA first choice and 48 hours to make another offer and have UP UNTIL 7am of the 2nd court hearing day which is on the 27th Feb (next week), so if something did eventuate, it would certainly not be in a timely manner at this stage. A lot of tension building for tomorrow I reckon. GLTA
