if i had a parcel of shares worth $4.5 and needed to sell them in one go the best approach would be to seek out an institution to find a buyer in one go
so presumably the seller approaached macquarie and did the deal
as to macquarie they either see the holding as a quick trade or are happy to see the longer term value in SEA
imo it will be the later
what is macquarie upto?, page-16
