chand, twinpeaks' explanation is a bit too deep for me :-) but I think it is just as robertb said -- buying TXN gives you Talon for a few cents more, particularly when the SEA/TXN ratio was getting close to 2:1 again.
RNI, insider trading? What's that? Oh sorry, forgot. I've been investing on the ASX for so long I can't remember the illegal activities that other exchanges police more professionally!
But gee, folks, last week of TXN. Kinda sentimental... Life's going to be different with Eagle Ford in well-funded well-managed hands. (But I do think Foss has potential.) Will Talon's ASX call letters be "TLN"?
