Look i have been trying to work out if directors have something to lose here.
If you go back and scan thru change in directors interest notices you will note the following;
As of date of announcement on 24/9/07 Dr Henry Pinskier (non-executive director) holds 3,514,228 KSXOA options. During last year has been making constant purchase of KSXOA options on market. Does he have much to lose? You work it out.
I don't think that he would be attempting to manipulate share price by using options where he would risk potentially some $100k approx. He could have done that by purchasing shares and not putting his cash on the line, which is what i think he would have done if nothing was in the pipeline prior to expiration of options. Do you agree? what do you have to say/?
