It's better to be unhedged, implementing a hedge costs money, just dig up the gold and sell it or hold it until prices rise. They will soon be debt free and have no commitments to pay dividends which will give them a lot of freedom, nobody investing in gold are interested in dividends at the sake of growth, I hope they find other attractive projects to grow themselves soon.
