Quick follow on from Fernit's post above on Taylor Dart's Seeking Alpha WAF article.
Dart's analysis is generally pretty good, and he has a huge following on Seeking Alpha for his gold stock coverage (which is prolific).
Generally, however, Dart has an aversion to attaching a "Buy" to any stock operating in a Tier 3 jurisdiction. His usual argument is "why buy a stock with substantial country risk when you can buy a stock like Kirkland Gold, which is dirt cheap and all its mines are in Tier 1 jurisdictions (in Kirkland's case Aus and Canada)?". So I was pretty surprised to see him put a pretty emphatic "Buy" on WAF, basically on the thesis that WAF was soooo cheap that this more than compensated for its Burkina Faso location. Also, if you do read his note, be aware that his one dollar price target is US dollars not Aussie.
In conclusion, nice to get some rare praise from Dart on WAF (and attention form the Seeking Alpha crowd).
