What is management's position on their app fail?

1.8 is shocking, but more so imo is management's lack of acknowledging this disaster & quickly pushing out improvements.

based on the above fail & lack of any attempt to address user dissatisfaction publicly & resolve many of the complaints, how can investors have faith that further investments in "technology" by this management won't be further wasting shareholder wealth like the investment into this app has been?
