I think their position is: they're well aware, and are working full speed to get it fixed, to meet people's expectations.


Instant deposits seems to have been released smoothly (though later than all would have hoped for). So at least that one worked out, and now they have a larger IT staff, once they all get into the swing of the new positions (since a fair few are new hires).
