Who says that the global CEO has to give these informations in a YouTube Video? Are there any ASX rules for that?
So you are saying, investors who want to inform themselves about a stock are more likely to lose money when the CTO states already known facts on a minor YouTube Channel instead of the CEO is giving this information on the very same channel? Don't you think the Website and the YouTube Channel of a company is not a proper market channel?
I do not know how late it is in Australia, but it is surely trinking time already...
