If it was Pivac's intention to cut and run because this was too hard, we would have been a CAT subsidiary years ago when they were at SAM's level. The guy has 50million shares in FBR (obtained through various methods) so that alone could buy him the small yacht...
Though differing opinions enable a holistic view, some of the people on here post blatantly false or
misrepresented information to push their agenda.
Additionally, some supposed lifelong builders seem to have little consideration for amendments/revisions to building codes and standards due to the advancements in technology combined with increased safety requirements, environmental sustainability, waste disposal or weather since they first started their careers.
As someone mentioned earlier, the FBR forum of today is starkly different to that of 1-2 years ago.
