Yeah I don't think they will take a risk on projects like that. Nor will the builder, very different procurement method to single res. Potential for further applications of the technology, but not as it is with Hadrian, its been designed for a very specific purpose, which is volume home building. The block work of a project like this is such an insignificant part of the project that can run in tandem with other trades, so I don't think it's feasible based on my own knowledge.
