Demographics have changed, there are many more single mums and singles now days - Houses are getting smaller

The Mexican style houses FBR plan to demonstrate look to be 2 bedroom also - So who knows.

My main point is the WA Government are going to spend 2.7 Billion Stimulating the state economy in the Construction and Manufacturing sectors, FBR contribute to both of them.
