What exactly would you like Mike to do with the tender ... miraculously transform FBR into a building company with a track record of one internal wall build?
I doubt even Archistruct would get a look in ... this is the realm of BGC or maybe ABN Group but I doubt it cause they never tender jobs ...
I am sure Mike is in contact with some builders who would have submitted a tender...
