Brick veneer, double brick, either way, those are all needed, if you understood or were familiar with the process you’d know it’s not that difficult, costly or time consuming.
You can spin it in your favour to justify an investment argument here, that’s your prerogative, currently, the facts are a volume builder (when we catch up with labour) will brick a timber frame house considerably faster than the HX, besides, it doesn’t even matter since you can currently have a frame up in 2 days, brickies outside, roof going on, then electrical and plumber rough in, lock up Chippie, plaster, it’s not even close mate.
Remember, it’s considerably more expensive to render, still need scaff too.
